As a single parent of two very active daughters, I began baking cookies as a means of keeping peace between the two. Once my children entered college, it became even more important to send cookie packages to let them know I was still thinking of them. Now they're on their own, and I just can't stop myself. I hope you enjoy our "secret" family recipe that has been kid tested and approved for over 20 years.
